One of the challenges of a marker or noire in real tennis is to be able to throw ones voice in a tennis court which has very poor acoustics. When done successfully, it enables the marker to maintain a controlling presence both for the players and for the watching spectators. Nick provided excellent training in excess of 75% of UK professional markers over a period of time and is clear that the quality of the voice management of these markers is significantly improved. They also commented that it improved their confidence when giving presentations to business and senior people within their companies. Many of these markers have come back to me years later and quoted techniques that Nick had used and that had helped them. Such quotes are the true recognition of the quality of his training.
